Inn Policies RESERVATIONS: Your stay will be guaranteed with valid credit card or paid in advance by check or money order. MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: A 2-night stay is required on most weekends; a 3- or 4-night stay is required on some holidays and during special events. CANCELLATION: Deposits are refundable less a $20.00 processing fee if we are notified at least 7 days prior to your expected arrival. Multiple room reservations require a 30-day notification and a $20.00 processing fee per room. With less than 7 days notice, we charge for any reserved room nights that we cannot re-rent in addition to the $20 fee. When 3 or more rooms are booked, a 30-day cancellation notice applies. Early departure qualifies as a late cancellation and will be charged. SMOKING: Allowed outdoors only PETS: Dogs are allowed in Hawthorn, Madrone, Acorn, Narcissus and Wisteria only. Oak, Maple, Spruce and Laurel are always pet free. No pets are allowed in the main house (yes, that includes our little angels). An additional charge of $30 per night per pet applies. Visiting pets require advance approval. CHILDREN: Are welcome and may be accommodated in several rooms. Please inquire. ADDITIONAL GUESTS: A third person may be accommodated in certain rooms at an additional charge of $45 per guest per night. Please inquire. ROOM RATES: Room rates noted are for single or double occupancy. Applicable taxes are in addition, currently 9%.
